May 6th - Let's Go Fly A Kite

On Friday, May 6th students are invited to participate in an educational, fun-filled day of kite-making. Students will learn about the historical timeline of flight, world cultural traditions associated with kites, as well as the principals of flight. Students will also design and create their own kite. Weather permitting, we will spend the last half of the session flying them.

PLUS MORE: There will be Brain Blasters during the second session.

Younger Grades (K-2nd Grade)

Session 1: 8:00 - 9:55 am - Let's Go Fly A Kite
Session 2: 10:00 - 11:00 am - Brain Blasters
